Groundtex Woven Geo Fabric 2m x 50m (100m²)
Engineered for superior ground reinforcement and long-term stability, the Groundtex Woven Geo Fabric 2m x 50m (100m²) delivers professional-grade performance for demanding landscaping, civil engineering, and construction applications.
Product Features/Specifications:
Large 100m² roll for extensive coverage
Heavy-duty woven geotextile material
Exceptional tensile strength and puncture resistance
Ideal for ground stabilisation and separation layers
Suitable for use beneath gravel, hardcore, paths, driveways, and roadways
Detailed Product Benefits:
Groundtex Woven Geo Fabric is designed to prevent intermixing of sub-base materials with underlying soils, significantly improving load distribution and structural integrity. The woven design delivers high strength with minimal stretch, making it reliable under heavy loads, vehicle traffic, and multi-layer groundwork. Its durable construction enhances drainage while maintaining dimensional stability, helping to minimise rutting, subsidence, and long-term maintenance.
Applications and Versatility:
Perfect for a wide range of construction and landscaping uses, including:
Driveways, access roads, and parking areas
Hard-standing bases for sheds, garages, and outbuildings
Patios, pathways, and paved areas
Under gravel, sand, or hardcore layers
Erosion control on banks and slopes
General ground stabilisation for domestic and commercial projects
Technical Specifications:
Material: Heavy-duty woven polypropylene geotextile
Dimensions: 2m x 50m
Coverage: 100m²
Strength: High tensile load capacity
Permeability: Allows controlled water dispersion
Application Grade: Suitable for commercial, civil, and domestic groundwork
Features & Benefits List:
Robust woven polypropylene structure
Large, continuous 100m² roll
Excellent load-bearing performance
Highly resistant to puncture and tearing
Effective separation and stabilisation layer
Enhances foundational stability for long-term performance
Reduces gravel and hardcore migration
Minimises surface sinking and rutting
Supports reliable water drainage
Ideal for both heavy-duty and domestic groundwork
Additional Information:
Groundtex geotextile fabric can be easily cut on-site and should be installed on a well-prepared, level sub-surface. For best results, overlap edges by 300mm or more in high-load areas.
